California Care Center Activities Director Angela Dumsday has worked at the care facility for over 10 years. She started at the facility as a dietary aide and has worked as a certified medical technician (CMT) before taking her current position Aug. 1, 2010. One of the biggest events she has organized was the Second Annual Easter Egg Hunt held at the care center Saturday, April 7.

"Some of the residents and staff thought it would be nice to have the children for an egg hunt," Dumsday said. "Because the residents love having the children here. We decided to go ahead and do it and we had a good turnout. This year we increased it because of the turnout and got the word out more. We also gave away two baskets and just wanted to give back to the community. I think both the children and residents really enjoyed it and had a good time."
