James and Crystal Bonecutter have expanded and remodeled again after moving their sporting goods business further out on West Buchanan Street. This time, the changes are highly visible exterior changes of new siding, roofing and replacement of a shed.

In 2009, the Bonecutters bought another sporting goods business already established at the new location. They merged the repair and sales part of the business at the new location with the sporting goods sales of their old business.

Since Bonecutters took over the new location, change has been constant. Frequent customers have become used to the continual upgrades of the business facility. Whether they come in for repair work, equipment purchase, hunting (new and preowned firearms), fishing (such as minnows and nightcrawlers) or archery supplies, they have learned to expect something to be different almost each visit. Until recently the changes and remodeling have been mostly on the inside.

"The ladies have started coming in for bait and to get mowers sharpened," said Crystal. "Not many did before, since it was kind of set up for farmers."
