After serving as the pastor of Pisgah Baptist Church, Long Lane, for the past six years, Jeremy Barnard has returned to the area he grew up in to become the pastor at Lebanon Baptist Church, McGirk. Barnard and his wife Kayla both graduated from California High School. After they felt their time at the previous ministry was coming to a close, the Barnards put out feelers for churches in the area hoping to return.
"This is home for us," the Barnards said. "We both went to school here and our families are here. We had this opportunity and the Lord worked it out for us. We really feel we are led to be here. He brought us here and gave us this opportunity."
