Georgia Rose Walker Bagley died July 26, 2012, in Jefferson City, Mo.

She was born to Pearl and Luda (Asher) Garner on May 3, 1925 on their farm near Clearmont, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Dean Walker on May 9, 1941 in Maryville, Mo. He preceded her in death on May 14, 1981. To this union were born Delbert Dean Walker who died in infancy, Jerry Dale Walker, Warsaw, Mo., Rosalee Verniece Murray, Clarksburg, Mo., and Deana Kay Carlson, Hopkins, Mo.

Georgia Rose married Burt Bagley on June 22, 1994, in Bedford, Iowa.

She is survived by her husband, Burt; children, Jerry, Rosalee and Deana; sons-in-law, Dean Carlson, Carl Murray and Hank Larson; daughter-in-law: Wilma Walker; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She truly loved them all and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; three sisters; and a granddaughter.

Georgia Rose was affectionately known as Rose to her many family members and friends. She was a very special person! She loved to cook for others, sew and paint or wood burn pictures. She worked at various jobs through the years as a cleaning lady in homes of people who needed health care.

Rose gave her heart and life to God in August 1961. She loved studying the word of God and the fellowship meetings with her brothers and sisters in Christ.

A memorial service was held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 30, 2012 at the Price Funeral Home Chapel, Maryville, Mo. A visitation was held one hour prior to service. Private burial will follow at a later date.

Charlotte E. Cook, 76, of California, Mo., died Thursday, July 26, 2012, at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City, Mo.

She was born in California, Mo., on September 26, 1935, daughter of Oscar and Lorene (Cliburn) Diehl. On August 15, 1953, she married Harry "Dean" Cook, who preceded her in death on December 22, 2005.

Charlotte was a homemaker and member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church of California, Mo. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include daughter, Barbara Bolinger and husband James; son, Dennis Cook and wife Robin; three grandchildren, Michael and Scott Bolinger and Dana Cook; and four great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Derek and Ashley Bolinger, and Ava Pace, all of California, Mo.

Funeral Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 30, 2012, at the Roll Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Dr. Peter Kurowski officiated. Burial was at the Hawthorne Memorial Gardens, Jefferson City, Mo.
