Charles Chasen said working with computers was something which happened after buying a full system Packard Bell tower in 1996. He had a few really older systems which ran DOS before that but getting the tower was pretty exciting. Chasen would go on to take the tower apart and try to find ways to upgrade it adding more memory and larger hard drives. Through his tinkering, Chasen found he had a knack for working with computers. Eventually friends and acquaintances noticed and started asking him to work and upgrade their computers.

In 2000, Chasen officially opened CC Computer Services as a business. Since then he has constantly been learning and becoming more and more able to troubleshoot, upgrade and fix both desktop and laptop computers.
