Delicious fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and cole slaw were served with desserts at the California First Baptist Church (FBC) Fried Chicken Dinner held Sunday, March 25. The dinner was held to raise funds for on-site expenses for the mission team going to the Summer Olympics to be held this year in London, England. A group of 23 missionaries from Baptist churches in the area will be traveling to London and will serve in a community. Gene Eulinger is part of the group from FBC going.

"We are going to London and will be working with Greater European Mission," Eulinger said. "They are reaching out to the people in the communities around London and are going to be sponsoring community activities such as showing the opening and closing ceremonies on a big screen and doing various other activities throughout the week."
