The Russellville Engine Show & Frog Leg Festival Committee met on Sept. 20. The schedule for the weekend was worked on for the 175th anniversary, June 7-9. There are a lot of good ideas, however, we have no volunteers to work on them. Please consider helping to make this weekend a great success for the town.Â
 Specifically, we are looking for help with the History Museum, the kids area, the quilt show, the food booth and the committee booth. There is a whole list of smaller activities that have been mentioned such as a pie baking contest, bingo, iron skillet toss, hale bale toss, etc. We cannot pursue these without someone to organize them. If you are willing to help out in anyway please call 782-4772. If you cannot do a whole event but are willing to help for a few hours please let us know that also.
 The next meeting will be Oct. 18, at 6:30, at St. Michael's Parish Hall basement.
 The committee will also be handing out goodie bags on Halloween in front of the elementary school.
