During an assembly on Friday, April 12, recognition was given for the clothing worn on each day of the week during MAP testing "spirit week."
There was a different theme for dress-up on each day of the week. One winner was selected from each grade level for each day. There was also an overall winner for each day.
In addition, one overall winner was selected for the week from each class.
Winners for Movie Star Day were: kindergarten - Gabe Mills; first grade - Kelsey Wadley; second - Willow Lowe; third - Mason Barrett; fourth - Lucas Ash; fifth - Marcus Imhoff. Winner for the day was Kelsey Wadley.
For Animal Print-Madagascar Day, winners were kindergarten - Sophia McKinney ; first grade - Ashlynn McCoy ; second - Kristyn Wetzig ; third - Sydney Nelson ; fourth - Alexis Puckett ; fifth - Mateesa Crowley. Winner for the day was Kristyn Wetzig.
For PJs-Peter Pan Day, winners were kindergarten - Nathalia Hurtado ; first grade - Sarah Swillum ; second - Emma Russell ; third - Shelby Hummel ; fourth - Mariah Mills ; fifth - Brittany Loethen. Winner for the day was Mariah Mills.
Beach and sunglasses-Finding Nemo Day winners were kindergarten - Abby McClelland ; first grade - Christian Jenkins ; second - Alayna Butts ; third - Alyssa Maurer ; fourth - Dawson Gump ; fifth - Emily Niemeier. Winner for the day was Emily Niemeier.
Formal-Cinderella Day winners were kindergarten - Britney and Alexis Leyva ; first grade - Izabelle Fields ; second - Danny Boy Sparks ; third - Jessica Serna ; fourth - Oscar Garcia ; fifth - Amy Farris. Winner for the day was Britney and Alexis Leyva .
Overall winners were kindergarten - Allie Heather ; first grade - Sadie Fernandez; second - Grace Porter ; third - Cynthia Hernandez ; fourth - Ivy Koetzle; fifth - Alyssa Sarbartinelli . Winner for the day was Cynthia Hernandez.
