California Middle School Band Christmas concert

The bands of the California Middle School followed the high school bands in performance at the Christmas concert Wednesday, Dec. 17, in the CHS auditorium.

The sixth grade band played "Jingle Bells," "Frere Jacques," "Hard Rock Blues," "Up on a Housetop" and "Jolly Old St. Nick," directed by instrumental instructor and band director Dustijn Hollon.

Following the sixth graders performance, the seventh grade band was directed by high school senior Tristan Oppermann and assisted by Rachel Hoback. The band played "O Tannenbaum," "Good King Wenceslas" and "All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth."

The concert concluded with the eighth grade band performance of "Let It Snow," "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer," "Jingle Bells Rock" and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." Hollon directed the eighth grade band.
