Felony property damage charges have been filed in Moniteau County Court against two people as result of incidents alleged to have occurred on or about June 29. According to court documents, Wesley W. Jordan, 22, California, and Jessica M. Lunceford, 20, no address given, were each charged with Class D Felony First Degree Property Damage. The charges were brought as a result of an alleged incident in which Jordan spun the wheels while driving Lunceford's pickup through the front yard and backyard of a residence east of California. Lunceford is alleged to have used a knife belonging to Jordan to puncture an above ground swimming pool.

If convicted on the property damage charges, each defendant could face up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Bond has been set at $5,000 for each.
