Moniteau County 911 operates despite power outage

The generator at the Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch worked properly during the recent storm-related power outages, according to Administrator Corey Sullivan. Emergency dispatch service continued during the event.

A minor amount of roof damage resulted from the snow. As it slid off, the snow shifted a metal panel which David Strickfaden was able to put back in place and secure. The insurance deductable was $2,500.

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $42,032.24. The MMDA account balance as of March 13 was $184,814.98. The CD balance was about $71,800 as of Feb. 28.

The total payroll was: Feb. 26 - $8,146.18 and March 12 - $7,586.21. Overall payroll taxes were $4,755.83. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $10,138.20.

The next monthly meeting is Thursday, April 11, at the 911 Center.
