The local Pitch, Hit and Run Competition was held May 8 at the California Sports Complex, where young athletes had the opportunity to showcase their skills.
In the girls' ages 7-8 division, Mari Miller was the winner; boys 7-8, Logan Oldham; girls 9-10, Ella Meyer; boys 9-10, Andrew Barber; girls 11-12, Kaitlyn Turner; boys 11-12, Tucker Friedmeyer; girls 13-14, Braleigh Johnson; and boys 13-14, Jarrett Hatch.
