Sarah Hays is a new California Elementary second grade teacher for the 2013-14 school year. She is also the Volleyball Assistant Coach.
Hays is a graduate of Hannibal LaGrange College with a degree in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in elementary education.
She previously taught first grade for nine years in Sweet Springs.`Originally from Wellsville, Hays and her husband Phillip reside in Jefferson City with several pets.
In her spare time, what does she like to do? "Read!!! Spend time with family and friends."
Hays said, "I have already had the pleasure of meeting several people in the community because of volleyball camp. I am very excited to work in a district that is so welcoming."
