Friday, April 11, Ward Bond and staff welcomed loyal customers into the store for free hot dogs, sodas, chips and cookies in honor of 25 years of serving California residents. According to Leslie Bolinger, "Working for Ward and with the girls is great. We are all a big family."

Customers were also treated to price reductions with many items being 25 percent off in honor of the 25th anniversary, however, some were as much as 50 percent reduced.

When Torrey Geiger was asked about working at Bond's she replied "Bond Pharmacy has made me grow so much as a person. Ward is really a great boss and person. I am very grateful for the past three years. For us this is our second home."

Customers were encouraged to put their names in the drawing for several nice products. Many patrons came into the store to congratulate Bond on Friday.

According to Ward he has had 25 great years of serving California. He shared, "California is a great community and is full of great people. I've been lucky with great employees, and I hope to have many more years - but probably not another 25."

Bond's additional pharmacist, Melanie Lawson, shared "It has been a pleasure to be a member of the Bond Pharmacy family for the last six years. I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve the California community and am very proud to be a part of this longstanding institution."

As the customers came in to pick up prescriptions or to shop Amanda Trimble is always on hand. She has worked at the pharmacy for the past 12 years. She enjoys her job and shares, "The customers are always great and I love serving this community. It is a true pleasure working for Ward and with my coworkers."

Long time employee, Angela Weber, has worked at the pharmacy for 16 years. After all this time she commented, "I have enjoyed working for Ward and with the wonderful pharmacy staff. Serving the California community is the best."

It is very easy to see why Bond Pharmacy has been a mainstay in the community. With the perfect ingredients of happy, well trained staff and satisfied customers Bonds has been a success.
