The annual California High School Pintos Football Camp was held last week, June 2-5, where approximately 50 boys in grades 9-12 were in attendance.
"We're working on basic fundamentals, and trying guys in different positions," Pintos Head Coach Marty Albertson said on the second day of camp, June 3.
Also directing at the camp were coaches Geary Labuary, Rich Matzes, Rick Edwards, Robb Hartman and David Austin.
"We're also preparing to take about 36 kids to the camp at Higginsville Friday," Albertson said. "It will be like a jamboree, with 15 teams. Our varsity will play the bigger schools, and our JV will play against some of the smaller schools."
The Pintos will be back at CHS Football Camp July 28-31 at Riley Field.
