Friday and Saturday, March 7 and 8, were the evenings of the California Middle School Musical performance "Seusical Jr" based on the works of Dr. Seuss.
Under the direction of Marcia Burgher, CMS vocal teacher, the middle school students sang about 30 different selections from the popular books, including "Horton Hears a Who," "Oh, the Thinks You can Think" and "The One Feather Tail of Miss Gertrude McFuzz." Of course the program ended with the much remembered "Green Eggs and Ham."
A large variety of imaginative costumes props and hair were designed by several parents, aided by the donation of feather boas and feathers by Arkansas Valley Feather Company.
