Burgers' Smokehouse representatives recently attended the Cracker Barrel Managers Conference in Orlando, Fla.

The primary focus of this event is to train, update and motivate Cracker Barrel managers from around the country. Steven and Philip Burger joined about 2000 store managers and other strategic suppliers at Disney's Coronado Springs resort. Not all suppliers are considered "strategic". Ones that are provide products that are "Critical to delivering the Cracker Barrel experience".

Steven Burger commented that it takes hundreds of fellow workers performing at the highest level to earn such recognition and reputation and thanked all those at the Smokehouse for their dedication.

Burgers' Smokehouse began its relationship with Cracker Barrel over 30 years ago in the Fall 1982. At the time this small, but growing restaurant chain was looking for a country ham supplier.

Today Cracker Barrel has over 600 stores in 42 states and plan to add another seven-eight stores this year.
