My name is Carter Mulvihill, and as of last month I am a sports and general assignments reporter for the California Democrat.
I am from Kankakee, Illinois. So far, I like it here in Mid-Missouri. As a reporter for the Democrat, I’m looking forward to seeing something new every day and writing a story about it.
As primarily a sportswriter, much of my time is consumed by watching sports at the pro, college and high school levels. I graduated from Illinois State University in 2014.
