Four first-place finishes from Mickayla Strother powered the Jamestown girls track team to a title on Wednesday night at the CCAA Conference meet.

Strother took first in the 100 Meter Dash, 200 Meter Dash, 100 Meter Hurdles and Triple Jump en route to winning the conference girls MVP award.

On the boys side, the Eagles didn’t capture a team title, but they did have an MVP. Trenton Barbour received the top honor by finishing first in the High Jump and 400 Meter Dash, and taking second in the Triple Jump and Long Jump.

Up next for Jamestown track is the Class 1 District 6 meet on Saturday, May 7 at Midway High School in Cleveland.
