Jamestown's Wolfe wins CCAA MVP

With postseason baseball in full swing, the seasonal awards have started rolling in. CCAA Conference champion Jamestown went undefeated in league play, and five Eagles were recently recognized with all-conference honors.

Sophomore Garrett Wolfe earned conference MVP. Wolfe has primarily played pitcher and shortstop this season for the Eagles. Another pair of Jamestown hurlers were named first-team all-conference in sophomore Austin Flippin and senior Colton DeVore. Flippin has also covered catching duties while DeVore has been the team's primary third baseman.

Sophomore Cole Theissen and senior Wyatt Hunziker also earned recognition. Both were named CCAA honorable mention.
