The California boys cross country won last Thursday's Tri-County Conference meet in Eldon behind a pair of top-five finishes from Trevor Porter and Hunter Carpenter.
Porter took third with a time of 18:01.20 while Carpenter came in fourth with at 18:12.30. The Pintos edged out Blair Oaks by six points to earn the team title.
