Ollie Kenneth Christian

Ollie Kenneth Christian, "Kenny", was born December 26, 1923 to Leonard and Ollie Christian in California, Missouri. After attending school and working, he enlisted in the Army. He served from 1942 to 1945 in World War II. On October 24, 1947, Kenny and Josephine Jackson were married. They settled in St. Paul in August 1949. In 1952, Kenny started his employment with Whirlpool where he retired in 1980. In 1955, he started his own business, PT Painters. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Josephine; stepson, Robert Brown; son, Lenny, daughter Deedee; foster daughter, Patty Duncan; and great-grandson Kerry Neal-Hill. He is survived by daughter, Janet; foster daughter Kathy Burks; sons Kenny, Denny (Rita), Benny and Quenny; foster son, David Johnson; 37 grandchildren; 104 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, with many from California, MO, Kansas City, MO and Denver, Colorado.
