Tina Marie Grant

Tina Marie Grant, age 45, of California, Missouri, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. She was born April 13, 1967, in Manhattan, Kansas, the daughter of Kent Harris and Susan Whitney. Tina was currently working at Camdenton Windsor Estates as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She had also worked at the Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles and the Moniteau Care Center in California. She loved her "G-babies" more than anything and treasured the time she spent with them and her children. Tina also enjoyed scrapbooking, reading and attending the Lebanon Baptist Church in McGirk. She is survived by her children, Katrina Miesner of Versailles, Kaylyn Miesner of California and Austin Grant of California; six grandchildren, Madelynne, Alexis, Kenna, Mikel, Keegan and Owen; her significant other, Patrick Phillips of the home; her mother and father, Sue and Larry Miesner of Sunrise Beach; her grandmother, Betty Raithel of Versailles; her brothers, Tim Miesner of South Dakota, Tony Miesner and wife Lisa and Troy Miesner both of Sunrise Beach, Todd Miesner of Laurie and Brian Howell of Florida; her sister, Kara Harris of Virginia; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Kent Harris and her grandfather, Cornelius "Carney" Raithel. A celebration of Tina's life was held Tuesday, February 12, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles with Brother Jeremy Barnard officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Florida. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Katrina Miesner who will be establishing an account for Tina's "G-babies".
