Chlora M. Reimler

Chlora M. Reimler, 82, of Centertown, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016, at her home in Centertown, Mo. She was born on August 17, 1933, in Ironton, Mo., the daughter of Andrew and Ada (Delozier) Croy whom preceded her in death. She was married on July 12, 1952, at New Hope Baptist Church, to Robert Reimler who preceded her in death on February 7, 2014. She worked for Watt Pharmacy for 25 years in Independence. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where she was very involved. She enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing, crocheting, and caring for her family. She graduated from Jamestown High School. She is survived by: three daughters, Judy (Ed) Dorris of Nashville, Tenn., Joyce (Dave) Guthrie of Oakdale, Ill., Jan (Dan) Marriott of Independence, Mo.; two brothers, Jim Croy (Dorothy) of Jefferson City, Jerry Croy (Sharon) of Centertown; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Marschel Croy. Visitation was held Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 3-5 p.m., at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Home. Funeral Service was held Monday, March 7, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Home. Interment was held at the California City Cemetery. Officiating was by Bro. Frank Senter assisted by Rev. Dennis Maxwell. Memorials may be given to New Hope Baptist Church c/o Funeral Home. Arrangements were under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, Mo.
