Gail L. Hall, 82, of Tipton, Mo., passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016, at his home. He was born on February 03, 1934, near Latham, Mo., the son of Aubrey E. and Margaret Irene (Allee) Hall. He attended Latham Elementary School and graduated in 1951 from California High School. Gail worked at Weber Shoe Factory in Tipton and Pettigrew Store in Latham, Kunton and Gould Construction on the Bridge Crew, Lloyd Winebrenner Trucking, Lutz Construction before being drafted in the United States Army in 1956. Gail went through basic training and Combat Engineer Training at Ft. Leonard Wood and then went to Ft. Polk, LA working in the Personnel Office until his discharge in 1958. On January 3, 1960, Gail was married in Versailles, Mo., to Hazel McClain who preceded him in death January 1, 2010. After his marriage Gail worked at Howard Trucking, Ralston Purina and farmed. Gail is survived by: his daughter, Tina Hall of Tipton; two brothers, one sister and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also preceded in death by: one son, three brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at 10:00 on Saturday, November 26, 2016, at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service with Rev. Jeremy Caudel officiating. Interment will be at Tipton Masonic Cemetery with full Military Honors.
