Doris Louise (Loesing) Twillman

Doris Louise (Loesing) Twillman, 79, of Boonville, passed away on May 27, 2017, at Cooper County Hospital. Doris Louise Twillman was born June 7, 1937, in Boonville, to Julius (JC) Loesing and Margaret Fahrenbrink Loesing. Doris graduated from Boonville High School in 1955. She worked for many years as the church secretary and organist at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Boonville, and then as the office manager for Farmer's Insurance Group and as a broker for Boonslick Realty. Doris married Ralph Twillman, on January 12, 1957, he survives. Their marriage produced three children: Robert (Nancy Ann), of Lenexa, Kan., Cindy, of Maize, Kan., and Nancy Kay, who preceded her in death. She is also survived by: her son-in-law, Charles Turner (Sara), of Centertown. She had three grandchildren, who were the light of her life: Talia Twillman, and Charlie and Samuel Turner. Visitation was held 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 30, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Boonville, and the funeral is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, May 31, at the church with Pastor Jerry Riggert officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Howard Funeral Home in Boonville, Mo. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Immanuel Lutheran Church
