MILLER Tammy Ann Miller, 54, California, died Thursday, December 6, 2018, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. Tammy is survived by: significant other, Scott Lamm; a son, Randy Belt (Tabby); daughters, Dusty McGary (Kenny) and Brooks Ousley; step-daughter, Ronetta Rice; step-mother, Sally Clark (Bernie); sisters, Melody (John) Bloemer and Patty Taggart; brothers, Bill Miller Jr., Doug Miller, Michael Branch Jr. and Eric Miller; and 10 grandchildren.
