Valerie J. Santillo

Valerie J. Santillo, 64, of California, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. She was born on August 19, 1954 in Hudson, N.Y., the daughter of Walter Loyche and Betty Lou (Powers) Loyche Collamer, both of whom preceded her in death. Valerie was married to Jack Santillo in New Windsor, N.Y. on August 12, 1982 and he survives of the home. She was a secretary for many years. She loved music, keeping up with celebrities, enjoyed visiting with friends and family and also playing with the children in the family. Valerie is survived by her husband Jack Santillo of the home; one daughter, Wendy Wolfe of Ellenville, N.Y.; three step-children, John Santillo of Nev., Tim Santillo of N.C. and Cheryl Strang of Fla.; one sister, Janine Loyche (Ronnie Reed) of Clarksburg; three brothers, Gregg Loyche (Mary) of Calif., Bob Loyche ( Bonnie) of N.Y. and Glenn Loyche (Cheri) of Colo.; three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and greatnieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, with a visitation from 1-2 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to Lion's Club International, c/o the funeral home.
