Carla "Sis" Fairfax, 64, California, Mo., died Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, Jefferson City. She was born on October 19, 1954, in California, Mo. to Carl Arthur and Theola Maye (Williams) Harned. Carla is survived by three brothers, William Harned, Danny Harned and Mike Hall; one son, Rick Watts; three granddaughters and one great-granddaughter.
