Krista Moore, 28, has joined the Prairie Home School faculty for the 2010-11 school year as the Special Education teacher for grades K-12.
Originally from Ashland, Moore graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 where she earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Journalism and is currently working toward her master's degree.
Previously, Moore was at substitute teacher for five years at Southern Boone, Ashland.
She lives in Columbia with her husband Andrew.
