California School District Superintendent Dwight Sanders presented Kiwanis President Dr. Pete Kurowski with the money raised by California Elementary School fifth graders for Circle of Sharing which totaled out at $2,184.50 Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the elementary school gym. The Kiwanis then went and donated the rest of what it would take to reach $3,000 for students' families in need throughout the community.

California Elementary School fifth graders presented Dr. Pete Kurowski, president of the California Kiwanis Club, with checks equaling up to $2,184.50 for the Circle of Sharing Project.
