Bob Patel Makes California Motel Nice and Clean
Bob Patel, owner of California Motel, bought the motel when he saw an ad for it being sold while working for a hotel franchise in St. Louis. Since buying the motel in September 2004, Patel said he has done a lot of work on the rooms inside and have made them nice and clean which he added has led to more traffic.
