Following the tornado warning sirens on Wednesday, May 25, California Middle School students are in storm lockdown in the lowest level of hallways in the newest part of the school supervised by the staff. The students remained in lockdown until the "all clear" was sounded.

Moniteau County escapes worst of storms
In spite of a tornado warning and severe storm warnings including high wind, hail and heavy rain, Moniteau County escaped the worst of the recent spate of bad weather which brought tornados and other severe weather to many areas around the state.
