California Pamida General Manager Jim Smashey presents California Middle School Principal Matt Abernathy a check for $248.22 donated to the school by the Pamida Foundation from the "Round Up" drive held during the summer. Customers had the option of "rounding up" their purchases as a way to give back to the school. Currently, the California Pamida is doing a "Round Up" drive to collect money for The Food Bank.

This year when walking into the California Pamida, located at 1021 West Buchanan, in the Village Green Shopping Center, a Christmas tree with pink, blue and white paper angels can be spotted.
