Students in Jennifer Overfield's seventh grade Life Science class proudly display the new responders they are using in class, thanks to the addition of the student response system two weeks ago. "The addition of the student response system is exciting," Overfield said. "The students enjoy using the responders for reviews, quizzes and basic assessments during class." Overfield said the responders have a variety of question formats, from multiple choice, true-false, yes-no, numeric and short answer, which allows students to text in their answers as they would on a cell phone. "This has been a fun and beneficial addition the the science classroom," Overfield added. "And I think the students agree."
