Oscar Rohrbach, 9 months, son of Andrew and Melisa Rohrbach, California, is presented the first place trophy after winning the boys' division of the Diaper Derby Saturday at the Ham & Turkey Festival. Presenting the trophy and t-shirt is Carolyn Kiesling, center, of Preferred Land Title Insurance Agency. (Shown with Oscar are his parents.)
