The new marquee for the Finke Theatre is under construction, delayed until the work on the part of the storm sewer improvement in front of the theater was completed. Workmen pictured are, from left, Mike Moore (on the sidewalk), Joe Parish (on top of marquee) and Barclay Simpson (right). Work is expected to be completed in a few weeks.
