The Prairie Home School Geography Bee was held Jan. 9, where eighth graders Ben Stock and Ben Kixmiller finished in first and second place, respectively, and sixth grader Sage Eichenburch finished third. The event determined the PHS winners and the eight PHS students who will participate in the CCAA Geography Bee March 20 at Higbee. Advancing are, front row, from left, fifth graders Sean White and Austin Alpers, and sixth graders Nina Cherry and Eichenburch; back row, seventh graders Ross Kendrick and Rachel Distler, and Stock and Kixmiller.
