California Mayor Norris Gerhart, surrounded by clients of the Moniteau County SB40 Board, signs a proclamation designating March as National Developmental Disabilities Month. The signing took place Wednesday, Feb. 29, on a visit to the SB40 Board Activities Center at the Industrial Park in the east part of the city. The Executive Director is Lindell Harrison.
