California High School senior Adam Burger finished in the top 12 at Class 2 Sectionals Thursday at Eagle Knoll Golf Course, Ashland, to earn All-District honors and advance to the 2012 State Golf Championships May 14-15 at Springfield.

Four California Pinto golfers competed at Class 2 Sectionals Thursday at Eagle Knoll Golf Course, Ashland, where Adam Burger finished among the top 12 individuals (not on a qualifying team) with 87, to earn All-District honors and advance to the State Golf Championships May 14-15 at Twin Oaks Country Club, Springfield.
