California's Jason Wolverton (44) extends a hand to congratulate teammate Logan Rowles (25) on his touchdown with 10:49 remaining in the Class 3 Quarterfinal game against Duchesne Saturday at Riley Field. Rowles' TD gave the Pintos their first lead of the game. Rushing in to give Rowles an "attaboy" are Dylan Albertson (5), Jaden Barr (15), and Curtis Fulks (54). California went on to defeat the Pioneers 21-12 to advance to Class 3 Semifinals at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Maryville.
