Moniteau Heron Lodge B and B Manager Ellen Robins cuts the ribbon at the ceremony by the California Area Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Nov. 20. Chamber President Norris Gerhart also presented a "First Dollar" plaque. The bed and breakfast is located at 206 South East Street, California. The century old home, owned by Paul Pevsner, has been remodeled with three bedrooms. The Queen Suite with private bath is downstairs. Two smaller upstairs bedrooms each have two single beds.
