First-time parents Brandon and Kaylee Porter, California, proudly show off their daughter Rylee Michelle, who was born at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, at St. Mary's Health Center, Jefferson City, and shortly after was declared the winner of the 2013 Moniteau County First Baby Contest.
