Learning the ham curing process from Burgers' Smokehouse employee Randy Cain, center, is Twin City 4-H member Jessica Reynolds, 12, California, at Burgers' Smokehouse Saturday morning. The annual event, which was established in 1991, attracts area youth including numerous 4-H and FFA groups, who are interested in developing an appreciation of how meats are cured.
