Darrell Hayes Jr., a volunteer with the California Rural Volunteer Fire Protection District, decided to take advantage of the nice weather Monday to clean his "really muddy" truck. Driving dirt roads for work and for fun, Hayes said he rarely washes his truck in January due to inclement weather.
