Local homebuyer chooses modular for new dwelling

Buying a house requires a lot of decisions. At one time, it was a matter of building a new house or buying a pre-owned one. Now there is also the possibility of buying a modular, a house which can be hauled in and set up on-site. The usual decisions are still important, such as location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, color of siding and roof, full basement, foundation or slab and many others. Other decisions may be different. When Dee Irey decided she wanted a house, she decided on a modular. Checking out possible vendors, she found one which would take care of everything, even obtaining the lot to put it on.
