RUSSELLVILLE — The old analog emergency siren and pole behind the Russellville City Hall were replaced Thursday morning with a new digital siren and a taller pole. The solar-powered equipment should send the emergency signal further and clearer. The installation was part of a county-wide effort. Democrat staff/Michelle Brooks
