The California Pintos traveled to Warsaw Tuesday, Feb. 7, where both the varsity and JV basketball teams defeated the Wildcats. California's varsity won 69-53.

The Pintos outscored the Wildcats 16-12 in the first quarter and 15-6 in the second for a 31-18 halftime lead. California outscored Warsaw 20-18 in the third quarter and 18-17 in the fourth to pocket the win.

"We played pretty good," California Coach Blair Scanlon said. "We were sharp all four quarters, we played decent defense and had pretty decent scoring."
