The Moniteau County Democrat Club will have an ice cream sundae get together at the Lions Club Shelter house in Proctor Park Thursday, July 24, at 6:30 p.m.
The speaker for the evening will be J.C. Owsley who will discuss the 2014 proposed constitutional amendments to be voted on Aug. 5. He will particularly be addressing the "Right to Farm" proposed amendment. All are welcome to come and join in this discussion.
The local club is responsible for manning the Democrat Booth at the Missouri State Fair on Aug. 9. Volunteers are needed.
