A Macon woman on probation with three active warrants was apprehended after a traffic stop near California.

Tanya Lynn Rodie, 35, of Macon, was arrested Wednesday following a traffic stop on U.S. 50 near California. According to a Moniteau County Sheriff's Office news release, Rodie was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and three active warrants from other jurisdictions. She is being held without bond due to a probation violation.

Rodie initially provided Moniteau County Sheriff's Office deputies with a false identity. The release said she identified herself as Crystal Weeks and told police she didn't have her drivers license. After not finding her name in law enforcement databases, Rodie confessed she lied about her identity.

Deputies found three active warrants -- two from Shelby County and another from Cooper County -- for Rodie after searching her name in the database. Before being transported to the Moniteau County Jail, deputies asked her if she had anything on her. According to the release, Rodie subsequently admitted she had a pipe, containing methamphetamine.

The pipe was later retrieved and placed into evidence.

Rodie began probation Aug. 23 after being arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids. The probation period was expected to last five years.

A sheriff's office official said Rodie is still in custody as of Friday, awaiting transfer to Department of Corrections for the probation violation.
